The month of October is in the heart of canadian autumn, the weather is cooling down and the leaves are changing color, giving us a spectacular show in the National Capital Region.
Take note that the month of October is a rainy month (average of 10 days of rain for the month), remember to bring a raincoat and an umbrella! It is rare to have snow in October, but the evenings are cool. Bring warm clothes that cut the wind and walking shoes, especially for the trip to Mount King.
